Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within two (2) days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of damage, wear, or misuse.
- The item may be tested at home but must not be used professionally or for its intended purpose before deciding to return it.
- All original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) must be included.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized guitars.
- Items sold as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”.
Refund Policy
- Approved returns will be refunded through the original payment method or issued as store credit.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on shop availability and processing time.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of factory defects or incorrectly shipped items.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for factory-defective guitars or incorrect models.
- Customers must return the original item before a replacement is sent.
Warranty Claims
- Guitars come with a six-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
