Return & Refund Policy

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within two (2) days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of damage, wear, or misuse.
  • The item may be tested at home but must not be used professionally or for its intended purpose before deciding to return it.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) must be included.
  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized guitars.
  • Items sold as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”.

 

Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will be refunded through the original payment method or issued as store credit.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on shop availability and processing time.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of factory defects or incorrectly shipped items.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for factory-defective guitars or incorrect models.
  • Customers must return the original item before a replacement is sent.

 

Warranty Claims

  • Guitars come with a six-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

 

Process for Returns

  • Contact us at info@jmjguitar.com or call +63 927 005 3407 before returning any item.
  • Provide your order details and photos of the issue.
  • Returns should be shipped to:
    Spam 34, JMJ Musical Goods Trading, Nepo Commercial Complex, Angeles City, Pampanga.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item has a factory defect.
