Welcome to JMJ Guitars, a Filipino-owned brand under JMJ Musical Goods Trading, located in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. By using this website and/or contacting us to purchase products via Facebook Messenger, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.

1. Order Formation & Contract

• An order becomes a binding contract when JMJ Guitars confirms your order via Facebook Messenger, email, or other direct communication.
• Product images, descriptions, and specifications on this website are for reference. Final order confirmation will determine the actual product and pricing.

 

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment methods and schedules are handled through direct arrangement via Facebook Messenger.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring funds are available.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery arrangements and fees are confirmed via Messenger at the time of purchase.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon receipt of the item.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

 

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• Please refer to our Returns & Warranty Policy for detailed instructions, eligibility, and processing times.
• This policy does not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

 

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMJ Guitars’ liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of purchased products under these Terms and the Returns & Warranty Policy.
• JMJ Guitars shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of income, emotional distress, or damage to other equipment or property.
